| So...two more primaries done and once again, the call for Hillary to shut down her campaign and slink off in the defeat she so richly deserves (of course, this is insinutated not spoken out directly).?Every primary is called a "must win" for Hillary to continue.?Every primary lost is yet another call for her to quit.The thought strikes me that the American People do always get exactly what they deserve.?They voted for a total ignoramus, illiterate college graduate, good old boy who seemed to them like "one of us."?And they got him!?Of course, now they're sick of him.??They got what they deserved.??Vote stupid - and suffer the consequences!Now, I see the same kind of stupidity happening again.??Vote for who you "like," who seems "like me," and, moreover, isn't like...."her."?You know of whom I speak - that "bitch on wheels" who "will say or do anything to win."?I'm sick of that ignorant reference.?For the last time, American People - DO YOU'RE FUCKING HOMEWORK!??Research a bit, dig a bit, look past the surface pleasantness and see if you can find the SUBSTANCE.??Having Disney thoughts of niceness, togetherness, hopefulness, and change in Washington doesn't get it done - and it's never going to happen in reality.??I'm taking bets on how long after Obama might become president (and this is a huge might) before he discovers that Washington is not going to change just for him, because he says so.Obama was supposed to win North Carolina!??It has a huge BLACK population that voted for him 91%.?Yes, 91%!??Hillary still got 43% of the vote!??That is a miracle and a definite plus!?I've read all day how she was tromped, stomped, how Obama won in a landslide.?WHAT???A landslide to me is like 66% to 33% or less.??What Hillary and Bill accomplished in North Carolina is a wonderment to be congratulated, not put down.??Look at the Indiana map from the primary.?It is coded light blue for Hillary and dark blue for Obama.?The map is almost TOTALLY light blue, indicating she took most of the counties in the state.?Obama got the black vote and Hillary got 59% of the white vote.?Don't even tell me this election isn't about Black versus White, or Male Voters against Women Voters.??The polls don't bear this out.However, I'm fairly disillusioned at this point in the most remote possibility that votes will smarten-up.??It looks like just another idiotic election choice by the "majority" of the American People.The Obama campaign says they can "see the finish line."?Yeah??But, big difference between seeing it and crossing it, Team Obama.At this point, the only hope I see for Hillary is that she will win big in West Virginia and Kentucky; then, at the end of the month the delegates and popular vote from Florida and Michigan are allowed by the committee meeting on around May 30th; and then - the superdels will get the point!THE POINT:??Hillary may not be able to win the nomination without them, but Obama will not be able to win the November election.Sad, but true.?You get what you deserve.?Unfortunately, a lot of us have to suffer along with the "wisdom" of the vast majority. |
