Weight Watchers - 9th Week Completed |
| WELL, I AM DISAPPOINTED BUT NOT A WHOLE LOT.I ONLY LOST .4lbs THIS WEEK.I DID GOOD ON MY EATING AND I DID MY FITNESS VIDEO SUNDAY AND TUESDAY AND I WALKED/JOGGED FRIDAY AND LAST NIGHT.THE ONLY NIGHTS I DIDNT EXERCISE WERE SATURDAY AND MONDAY.IT IS MY TIME OF THE MONTH SO I'M HOPING THAT WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM.THE LADY AT WW SAID MOST WOMEN GAIN .5 - 2lbs THE WEEK OF THEIR PERIOD AND THAT?JUST HAVING A LOSS WAS GREAT AND THAT I PROBABLY REALLY LOST MORE THAN THAT.SO EVEN THO THIS WEEK WAS MY LOWEST LOSE, I AM ONLY GOING TO TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.I AM JUST MORE DETERMINED NOW TO HAVE A GREAT LOSS NEXT WEEK!SO I AM GONNA DO MY BEST NOT TO MISS ONE DAY OF EXERCISE.THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT HAVING MY PERIOD IS I KNOW UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE BEEN FEELING THE WAY I HAVE THIS LAST WEEK.I JUST HAVEN'T HAD MY HEART IN IT THIS WEEK.IN CASE YOUR WONDERING WHY I DONT ALREADY KNOW WHAT A WEIGH IN IS LIKE ON MY PERIOD, I HAVE NOT HAD ONE IN 3 MONTHS!STRANGE HUH?ANYWAY, I JUST NEED A LITTLE EXTRA BOOST OF ENCOURAGEMENT IF ANY OF YOU SEE ME THIS WEEK.?SO THAT BRINGS MY TOTAL TO 28lbs.ONLY 79 MORE TO GO!! |
