Weight Watchers - 12th Week |
| WELL I DIDNT LOSE ANY, BUT I DIDNT GAIN EITHER.I AM EXACTLY THE SAME AS LAST WEEK.I WAS REALLY EXPECTING A GAIN.I GAVE INTO SOME CRAVINGS FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT.PLUS ITS THAT TOM AGAIN.SO NOW THAT I GOT RID OF THOSE BAD CRAVINGS, I'M GONNA HAVE A GREAT LOSS NEXT WEEK.FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FOCUS ON MAKING BETTER CHOICES SINCE I WENT AHEAD AND ATE WHAT I HAD REALLLLLLLLLY BEEN WANTING!NOW I DONT KEEP THINKING ABOUT IT LIKE I WAS.:) IN CASE YOUR WONDERING WHAT I ATE, I HAD PEKING FRIDAY NIGHT & JOHNNY'S PIZZA SATURDAY NIGHT!FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE FROM MY AREA KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.WHEN I LIVED IN TN I WOULD EAT AT BOTH OF THESE PLACES WHEN VISITING HOME!WAS IT WORTH IT FOR NO LOSS THIS WEEK......ME PERSONALLY, YES IT WAS.WILL IT BE WORTH IT AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH, NO!!!EVEN THO I ATE HEALTHY THE REST OF THE WEEK, I FELT AS IF I HAD BLEW IT SO I DIDNT DO ONE BIT OF EXERCISE.NOW I'M THINKING I COULD HAVE HAD A LOSS IF I HAD DONE IT ANYWAY!!!JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU, YOU CANT GIVE UP.YOU SCREW UP, YOU GOTTA GET RIGHT BACK ON TRACK.YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WEEK TO START OVER.I'VE SAID THAT IN THE PAST AND LOOK AT ME, I DID IT ANYWAY! |
