| Smokey Eye Tutorial as requesed by the lovely Luna Soeth =D
Now, before this, the only tutorials I had made were for icons/banners made on Photoshop and they were a LOT easier than this lol This was tougher cause first of all my camera kept running out of battery and I had to let it recharge for like 30 mins to get at least a few pics in ugh!First of all this is my way of doing a smokey eye, also?this is my first makeup tutorial so be gentle lol Anyway this look is my favorite to do and (at least to me) the easiest.This is what I usedOn the palette I only used 3 colors: Carbon, Brown Down, Shroom and Faces' 72 located on the lower right

Soooo here we go!I started?by applying?MAC's Prep+Prime all over my face.?Then I put on my concealer, I use Clinique's Line Smoothing concealer (I can't tell you the shade right now cause I've misplaced the makeup bag lol).For Foundation I used Studio Fix in C40 then set the foundation with the Blot Powder in Dark and since I'm a little weird I some translucent (sp?)powder over that haha :P Then I applied my blush.Now on to the eyes!So before applying any eyeshadows first put some loose translucent powder under your eyes so that it catches any e/s that might otherwise fall on your face.(I totally forgot to do this step today so you won't be seeing it here lol)
First take some blacktrack with the angled brush (that I forgot to include when taking the picture of stuff I'd used).Smear it on the lidYes it looks weird but now you're going to smudge it all over the lid just under the brow bone, I used my ring finger so smudge it but feel free to use a brush.Now take your brush and with some CarbonPut it on the lash line, as if you were linning and then blend upwards till the white line.(I kept blending and forgot to take a picture so I added the line so you'd understand better)Now we're going to add some "color" in.I used Faces' 72 (they don't name them, they're all by numbers) which is basically like a dark shimmery brown and put it on the crease and a little on the arch too.Then take your brush and apply Shroom as a highlight.And you should end up with something similiar to thisThen I linned my waterline with Blacktrack Fluidline.Then take your precision eyeshadow brush (that's what mine's called so...)take some Carbon e/s and line your lower lash line.Then take some Brown Down and swipe it under the carbon to give the illusion of the black fading to brown... duh haha :PThen if necessary (cause some people are blessed with full brows) fill in your brows.I just draw small strokes with black eyeliner and then brush them.Then I applied 2 coats of mascara, I use Maybelline's Volume Boost Mascara (waterproof cause of my allergies).Then I put on my favorite lip gloss, Bonne Bell's Cappuccino (it's not in the picture of what I used, again sorry lol), it's so yummy!!You should be done by now but since I like my smokey eyes to be dark I went in again and added even more Carbon and 72.And this is the final product =DLike I said this is my fav look to do so I vary the colors I use.I wore this look to schoolI used Carbon, Fertile and Shroom.And last week I did the same only I used Big T instead of Fertile.After aaaaaaaaaaaall that if I missed something please let me know or if you have any quetions feel free to ask, seriously this was a million times harder to make than a PS tutorial LOL
