Obama Wins North Carolina ...DAMN IT! |
| The first thing I told my husband this morning was TODAY WE MUST GO VOTE FOR HILARY CLINTON!?It was a must seeing as there is no way I can even fathom having Obama's family ?in the white house....much less stomach him as my ?president.?I've been watching the numbers all night and unfortunately Hilary didn't win North Carolina as I had hoped.?But, she did win Indiana.?So I hope she can raise the funds to go on and fight for the remaining states.?I do know one thing,?if Obama becomes the runner with McCain...as much as I would NOT want to vote for McCain.....there is no way I would vote for Obama.?Not in a million years.?Some say...well,?you just don't want to vote for him because he's black.?Oh yeah.....it's just because he's black!?Let's do the race card...as always.That's not true at all.?Had Powell ran for president way back when he was considering, I would have voted for him.?He did an excellent job while?he was secretary of state.?The son of jamaican immagrants, he was raised in the South Bronx.Powell was educated in the New York City public schools.?In January, 2001, General Powell was selected by President George W. Bush to serve as his Secretary of State.He was the first African-American to hold this high office in the United States Government.??He left office after President Bush remained in the White House for a second term.Who knows if that was the reasoning for his leaving..but at one time,?Powell had considered running for president and many people wanted him to run.?I for one,?had hoped he would run because I would have voted for him.??Barack Obama leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I definitely do not like the comments made by his wife ?regarding this country and the fact neither one of them are in touch with what's really going on with it...or the hard working, middle class people.? |
| Barack Obama leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I definitely do not like the comments made by his wife ?regarding this country and the fact neither one of them are in touch with what's really going on with it...or the hard working, middle class people.?It's hard for me to swallow that neither of them, who?claimed?their pastor ?was "like an uncle"....didn't make some kind of impact on them in a negative way toward our country, ?when they were with their church and that anti white, anti american Jeramiah Wright pastor of theirs.?I don't believe Obama when he claims he loves this country and I definiately don't fall for the "I'm all for the middle class, hard working people"...."Patriotic"?rhetoric he's been pushing of late.?He's changed his tune when he got the heat about the comments he made about the white middle class people and saying his grandmother was a "Typical white woman".?What the hell does that mean anyway???From a story I saw on TV about him,?he supposedly had an American name...yet,?he changed it to "Barack Obama".?According to?stories?put out there,?he had some past ties to terrorists.?I would never trust that he would have MY WHITE interests at heart when he was a member of an anti white, anti american church for?20 years.?That was the clincher for me, personally.?At any rate....all white people who are against Obama is considered a racist anyway.....so be it!?I just know that I hope it works out for Hilary Clinton when its all said and done and if it doesn't,?I hope in all honesty that McCain ?beats Obama.???I'd rather have McCain in the white house if I can't have Hilary back there.?I think having a woman in the white house as strong as Hilary,?would be a great thing for our country and I hope many of the women stick together and vote for her.Barack Obama said last night,?"Tonight we stand less than 200 delegates away from securing the Democratic nomination for president of the United States,"?at a ?raucous rally in Raleigh, N.C.?and left no doubt he intended to claim the prize.?But it is highly unlikely he's going to "claim the prize" if he runs against McCain.?I don't see it, Obama.??I think many people will NOT back Obama when push comes to shove and I think many democrats will cross over to republican if it comes down to chosing either Obama or McCain.?Now if for some reason Clinton and Obama hook up and run together with Clinton for president and Obama for vice president....I'll consider it....but very faintly. |
