How livecleankid came to be.. |
| During the last semester of my 8th grade year in middle school and throughout the summer before my freshman year in '06 I went through probably the toughest time in my life.?I was battling depression, cutting my wrists with any sharp blade I could find, and just didn't really care what was going to happen to me.?At one point my friends/family had found out about what I was doing, and told me I needed to stop cutting.?Of coarse, I didn't listen, because stopping what I'd started just wasn't going to happen over night.By the time my freshman year started a couple of my friends had invited me to join them at their Wednesday night youth group.?After a few weeks of going there, things started to turn around.?I was developing a relationship with God, and for the first time in 6-8 months I was beginning to have hope again.? |
| I was developing a relationship with God, and for the first time in 6-8 months I was beginning to have hope again.?Things slowly progressed as I was now battling my depression/self-injury problems.?A year had passed, and I was completely clean.?The hope that God had given me, I wanted to share with others who were in the place I was in a year before.?After a few days and nights of thinking, I'd came up with the idea to start an organization of hope.?The name I'd settled on was livecleankid. |
