| My middle sis called me yesterday complaining about work and how she?s getting no direction from her company, they told her she didn?t have to travel much, she would have her own "team", etc.(she works in softwareshe had 30 billable hours and got paid for 9 last week)
Well thanks to my dad, we grew up with the attitude you are on call for work 24/7 (this is before it actually happened)work was always first...if there was a game or something tough crap, but he put all of us through college, so f that !
So, she was trying to a hold of her boss and he said something happened at home and he didn?t have time to talk (this happens all the time when he wants to avoid conversation)The "different" part is he said they would talk about it todaythe catch ishe said make a power point presentation about her goals!.....a presentation, I was cracking up!Well, me having a sucky job I never needed to make a power point presentation, the only time I see one is through e-mails sent to me usually slides of naked chicks, religious instruction, or military stuff.not much to go on !So, I told her "I?ll do it" jokingly ..So I threw something together quick, as my nap time was approaching!Here?s what I got for a newbie, not fancy!(just noticed it?s hard to read but i?m blogmitted now)Bear in mind we both have the same "defective" dry humor gene..sorry if you can?t see the graphic on this one (or any), think i lost it too
