| Well, my dear friends...I am still smoke free, but this has been one pisser of a day.?I started out in crisis management mode from the time I got up until I got off work at 4:15.?I did get the chance to have dinner with good friends, but then it was back to stress when I hit home.?Today has been the first time in 9 days that I thought, "Damn...I wish I had a cigarette!"?This disturbs me, because negative thinking is the first step toward trying to justify rotten behavior...and I need to stay as far away from that as possible.?I have a lot of support people, but unfortunately I am so irritated by situations that trying to discuss my feelings with others just pisses me off more, because they try to tell me what to do to solve my situation.?And right now my emotions are too 'on edge' to talk about my feelings or do any problem solving.?Even my cats are having to put up with my rath.?Hell, eating POPCORN is stressing me out!(Can't seem to get the entire handful into my mouth without dropping 2-3 on the floor...which means I have to throw them away, and I hate throwing away popcorn.)?I'm out of books to read, so will have to do some re-reading.?I am really, really grumpy.Show me the love, people!?I need some right now! |
