| 5/9/08 at 4:00pm, I "Avvy" Allen Lint am required to surrender myself to the U.S. Marshals for incarceration.After a lengthy period, and bias shown by the federal court, denials of many supression and dismissal motions, I was forced to take a plea bargain.The blea bargain I took is with dignity.I will not be cooperating with the feds to build a case against anybody else.I am simply admiting to my limited involvement with the crime in question, and explaining my role in said crime.All aspects of my agreement will be made open to the public.The co-defendant, PALMER HANSON, took a plea agreement to be an INFORMANT to tell lies both against me and many other people.The fact is that because of his role as an informant, PALMER HANSON is still out of jail until his small sentance comes out in June.Whereas, I have be remanded to custody to await my much longer sentance.If I had not taken this plea bargain, I would be facing a 30-life with no payrol sentance and because of the bias way a the pre-trial motions were denied, there was no possibility of appeal.(I say bias, as there is PROOF that the judge ACKOWLEDGED that the DEA AGENT both LIED UNDER OATH and TAMPERED WITH RECORDINGS, but the judge still refused to supress or dismiss.)With the plea bargain I ended up taking today, I will be facing a much more realistic, though still very unfair, sentance of a possibility of going below the minimums and do around 5-10 years.Of course, I am praying for closer to 5, but the U.S. Government will be pushing for 10 years within the plea agreement.Please pray for me and my family in this time, and also pray for the soul of PALMER HANSON and make sure that he is not around you to be able to lie about you.Peace and love to all my family and friends out there.Be good family.~AvvyFor information about the arrest http://www.the internet.com/llamafamily Show your support by going to the Llama Family Reunion BARTER FAIR June 20-22, 2008.See information at our the internet.Please pass this message along to as many as possible. |
